Harvest Umber is made from a mix of local ciders. Upcycling the unwanted cider, we distill the cider and age our spirit with American and French oak staves. Bottled at 96 proof (48% ABV) what results is a charmingly snappy fruit based brandy-style spirit. A sweet floral nose opens into a round fruit mouth feel. Anise and cinnamon yield to a refreshing light jammy libation great for whiskey beginners and brandy lovers.
